Cancellation Policy?
When booking an appointment, a £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may result in your £25 deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will then be required to secure another appointment.
If you attend your appointment and, following your consultation, I determine that you are not suitable for the treatment, your deposit may be refunded at my discretion.
If you simply decide not to proceed with treatment after your consultation, the deposit will remain non-refundable, as the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
I completely understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, so please contact me as soon as possible if something comes up. I’ll always consider individual circumstances where appropriate.
Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to provide the best possible experience for every client.
Appointment & Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow enough time for your consultation, preparation and any necessary paperwork.
If you arrive late, there may not be enough time to carry out your treatment safely and to the appropriate standard. In this instance, your appointment may need to be rebooked.
Please be aware that if your appointment needs to be rebooked due to late arrival, your deposit will not be refundable and a new deposit may be required to secure your next appointment.
I appreciate your understanding and ask that you allow plenty of time for your journey and parking.
Consultation and Consent Policy
I use Faces as my online system for managing appointments, consultations, consent forms, treatment records and aftercare information.
You may be asked to complete your consultation and consent forms through Faces before your appointment. It is important that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date, including any relevant medical history, medications, allergies or changes to your health.
Before and after photographs will be taken as part of your treatment record. These photographs allow me to accurately document your treatment, assess your results and provide appropriate aftercare and follow-up advice where required.
Photographs will be stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
Your before and after photographs will not be used for social media, website, advertising or other promotional purposes without your separate consent. You are not required to consent to the use of your photographs for marketing purposes in order to receive treatment.
After your treatment, appropriate aftercare advice and information will be provided through Faces.
Prescriber and Treatment Policy
For lines and wrinkles treatments, you must see the prescriber before your appointment with me to be assessed for suitability and to be considered for treatment.
The prescriber will review your medical history, discuss the proposed treatment and determine whether a prescription can be issued.
Your appointment with me will only proceed once the appropriate prescriber assessment has taken place and treatment has been deemed suitable.
For dermal filler treatments, an additional prescriber appointment is not required. Your treatment will begin with a full consultation with me, where your suitability, treatment goals and individual needs will be assessed.
Please be aware that booking an appointment does not guarantee that treatment will be carried out. Suitability is assessed on an individual basis, and treatment may be declined where it is not considered appropriate.
Age policy
Treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over only.
You may be asked to provide valid photographic identification to confirm your age before treatment. If you are unable to provide suitable identification when requested, treatment may not be able to go ahead.
No exceptions will be made to the minimum age requirement.
Medical and Medicine Disclosure
For your safety, you must provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, current health and any medications or supplements you are taking before treatment.
This includes informing me of any:
- Medical conditions or ongoing health concerns
- Prescription or non-prescription medications
- Allergies or previous reactions
- Recent surgery or medical procedures
- Previous aesthetic treatments or complications
- Changes to your health or medication since your last appointment
Please ensure that your information is kept up to date and let me know if anything changes before your appointment.
Certain medical conditions, medications or circumstances may mean that treatment is not suitable or may need to be postponed. Where appropriate, you may be advised to seek further medical advice before treatment can be considered.
Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect your suitability for treatment and could increase the risk of complications. Treatment will not be carried out if I do not consider it appropriate or safe to proceed.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Policy
I do not provide aesthetic treatments to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or are currently breastfeeding, please inform me before booking or attending your appointment.
If you become pregnant or start breastfeeding after booking, please contact me as soon as possible so that your appointment can be postponed until treatment is suitable.
Treatment will only be carried out once you are no longer pregnant or breastfeeding and are otherwise considered suitable for treatment.
Results and Treatment Expectations
Results vary between individuals and depend on factors such as treatment area, product used, dosage, individual anatomy, lifestyle and how your body responds to treatment.
While I will always aim to achieve a safe, balanced and natural-looking result, specific results cannot be guaranteed. A treatment may not produce the exact outcome you expect, and further treatment may be recommended where appropriate.
Some treatments require time for results to develop, and temporary swelling, bruising, tenderness or asymmetry may occur during the healing process. You will be provided with appropriate aftercare advice and should follow it carefully.
A review appointment may be recommended depending on the treatment. Any additional treatment will be discussed on an individual basis and is not automatically included in the original treatment price.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that aesthetic treatments have limitations and that results can vary.
Aftercare Policy
Verbal and written aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.
It is important that you follow the aftercare instructions carefully to support the healing process and achieve the best possible outcome.
If you have any questions or concerns after your treatment, please contact me for advice. If you experience any severe, unusual or worsening symptoms, you should seek appropriate medical attention promptly.
Aftercare information may also be provided through Faces for your records and future reference.
Refund Policy
All treatments are tailored to each individual and are carried out following a consultation and suitability assessment. As treatment results can vary between clients, refunds cannot be provided due to dissatisfaction with the outcome, a change of mind or failure to follow the recommended aftercare advice.
Deposits are non-refundable, including where an appointment is cancelled, missed or needs to be rebooked due to late arrival.
If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can provide appropriate advice and arrange a review where necessary. Any concerns will be assessed on an individual basis.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Reviews & Follow Up Policy
A follow-up or review appointment may be recommended after your treatment, depending on the treatment provided and your individual needs.
If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can provide appropriate advice and arrange a review where necessary.
Reviews are intended to assess your treatment and address any concerns. They do not guarantee that additional treatment will be required or provided. Any further treatment will be considered on an individual basis and may incur an additional charge.
Please follow all aftercare advice provided and attend any recommended follow-up appointment. If you do not follow the recommended aftercare advice, this may affect your results and suitability for further treatment.
If you are concerned about your health or experience severe or unexpected symptoms following treatment, seek urgent medical advice where appropriate.

Children & Guests
Clients must attend appointments alone wherever possible. Children are not permitted in the treatment area and must not be left unattended while you attend your appointment.
If you need to bring a guest, please contact me in advance. Guests may only be permitted where appropriate and at my discretion, depending on the treatment space and safety requirements.
For safety, hygiene and privacy reasons, additional guests may not always be able to remain in the treatment area during your appointment.
Emergency & Complication Policy
Your safety is my priority. While every treatment is carried out with care and appropriate precautions, all aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and complications.
You will be provided with aftercare advice following your treatment, including information on what to expect and when to seek further help.
If you experience a medical emergency or severe symptoms, you should seek immediate medical attention by contacting 999 or attending your nearest A&E department. Please do not wait for a response from me in an emergency.
